Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely! If you prefer to speak to us directly, please give us a call at (800) 446-6416 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help!
How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders which are $50.00 and above qualify for free ground shipping. Orders under $50 ship for only $6.95 via ground shipping.
If you need your item in a hurry, you will have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping options at checkout. If you need your item by a certain day or even sooner, give us a call for all options for getting you what you need when you need it.
Please note: certain items such as paint are not legally allowed to ship via air; they must be shipped ground. Please review our shipping policy for more information.
Will I be charged taxes?

We are required to collect sales tax in certain states. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If your organization is tax exempt, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to ensure your order will be processed tax free.
How do I place a return?

You can request a return authorization by visiting our returns page. After you request a return, you will receive an email from our team with easy to follow instructions on how to return your item.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and even purchase orders for our established customers. We can even accept check, ACH and wire payments. Please reach out to our customer service team for more details.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We gladly accept orders from all around the world many times right online.
If you cannot place your order online, it may require additional assistance from customer service to calculate freight. Please email us for additional assistance with this order.
How do I track my order?
