The two permanently-bonded handles are for grabbing, maneuvering and overall support, as needed. The water tube has an on-trend surf/skate design applied to a large profile. It is designed for rugged water action and constructed of 14 gauge vinyl.The Hurricane is suitable for children (8 years and above) and adults alike. The tube comes in either blue or green (assorted colors).
