Description
The Duraflex Complete Roller Block Assembly attaches to the Fulcrum Stand Box (Item DF-SB401C) and holds the Footwheel and Roller. This is one complete assembly. Two are required per Fulcrum Assembly. The Roller Block is not sold separately. It includes the following items:(1) Slide Bearing (DF-518)
(1) Roller Clamp (DF-521)
(1) Roller Bearing (DF-524)
(1) Rubber Bumper (DF-515)
(1) Anti-Rattle Clamp (DF-516)
(1) Tie Plate Bolts, Washers and Nuts (DF-526)
(1) Anti-Rattle Bolt and Nut Lock (DF-528)
(2) Roller Clamp Studs and Nuts (DF- 533)
(1) Zerk Fitting (DF-530)
The DF-530 Zerk fitting of the Roller Block Assembly should be lubricated every two weeks with PM111 Grease, applied with a PM110 Grease Gun.
NOTE: Duraflex boards, stands and parts are NOT for residential use. Duraflex will not sell any boards, stands or parts to residential customers as residential pools are not designed to meet FINA (International Swimming Federation) guidelines.
