Description
The S.R. Smith Backstroke Start Training Device has a simple and easy attachment of just two 5-foot polyester straps and a stainless-steel cam buckle to secure and adjust the height. This Start Training Device has a lower cost, is portable and has an easy set-up making it perfect for training exercises. This will get your swimmers acclimated to fast and secure starts with a backstroke ledge.The Backstroke Training Device utilizes the same FINA compliant designed ledge. It simply attaches to the post of a starting platform and works with a wide variety of starting blocks. It can be used in FINA competitions provided it is set at the proper water depth.
