During this (hotel pool) shutdown, I replaced the main ball valve, skimmer ball valves and re-plumbed the lines. Unable to salvage the pump fitting, I ordered the needed part from Pool Web. It was processed and delivered in a timely manner. The customer service department contacted me, making certain I received the part and if I had any questions/concerns. This is GREAT customer service. Thank you for processing the correct part and your follow-up.

This is very helpful for our clients that need that extra support in the water while walking. It is too heavy for them to put in and get out of the pool by themselves, but they report that it gives them great stability and moves easily for them while in the water. The drainage of water after removal seems very good.(Our last walker didn't drain well and the wheels eventually corroded.)

The battery came quickly, and worked perfectly. I especially appreciate that Poolweb offers a warranty on this battery. I ordered from you specifically to replace a battery I received from another company who didn't offer a warranty and the battery was received defective. I wasted $300 on that one. Thank you for being a reputable seller.

So far everything involving the purchase, installation, and operation of this lift has been great. The product arrived as expected in good shape. We did have a pool company pour a new pad and install the anchor. Assembly of the lift was straightforward with the instructions and it was easy to set into the anchor with two people. It works great! Quiet and smooth.

Great prices, they stock parts that are factory fit for older pool equipment .most items are in stock and ready to ship and then there are some items that take a little longer. Yes I will tell my friends and neighbors about poolweb.
